recommend to me a chest freezer

Someone recommend to me a good chest freezer that I could use for lagering and fermenting my ales, as well as kegging. I saw somewhere that a guy built his to do both at the same time, don't ask me how it involved a heater and some insulation and beyond that I don't know. But I want to be able to do something like that. I suppose if I had to I could just pull the keg for a couple weeks, but then I would have no cold beer.

That's the problem I'm running into right now. I only have a 5.0 cubic foot freezer, so I can either use it as a fermentation chamber or as a kegerator.... I can't do both at the same time.

I think some people buy two freezers, one to use for kegging and one to use for lagering. I would have no clue how to make one freezer do both.
