Just wanted to say hi and thank everyone for the vast amount of information here...at this point I am all theory as I have yet to brew, but I have been stockpiling gear since right before thanksgiving....yaup am that guy that wants to have it all before I even brew my first batch....yaup, I go from curious to full obsession in a blink if an eye (keezer diy in the works along with recirculating ice water chiller project)....yes I already need help...
