Hi all.
Just joined after being a long time lurker for information on recipes and processes.

Currently in the process of putting together a keezer to up my game and brewing schedule considerably.

Not completely new to brewing but still have a lot to learn, especially about water chemistry and more technical processes.

Just brewed my first Kolsch this week as well as a saison in the closet in prep for the keezer unveiling.

Looking forward to gathering more knowledge and sharing what I have.

Cheers.

Welcome to the group!

There's a lot to learn in the world of brewing. The actual brewing process has so much to learn about besides all of the history behind it. I find digging into the history as important as getting the style to turn out right.
