So I bottled my hop head iipa four days ago....first brew by the way. Just wanted to see how they were doing so I tried one, it seemed pretty carbed and had a nice head. What's the deal? I keep the bottles at 70f. How long should I wait til I put them in the fridge

3-4 weeks
They are not done. They will seen over carbed early, then a little flat, then normal.

I cant find it but there is a good youtube video about carb level vs time.

The general concensous on this forum is bottle condition at 72 D for three weeks. And anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks in the fridge.
It all depends on the beer some will be ready quicker than other.
