You mean Alcohol Content? This is typically determined using a hydrometer.

The instrument for measuring alcohol content is called an ebulliometer. It measures the boiling point to give alcohol content, but they are expensive

If you didn't test SG you can list your recipe and a FG and somebody may be able to calculate an approximate alc% for you
