I threw a party this weekend and unfortunately my kegerator only has room for 2 taps. Having other beers I wanted to have on tap, I needed a solution. Picnic taps would have been fine, but I don't like to do things the easy way. I already had the faucets and disconnects for a future kegerator build so the frame was the only thing new. The clips for the gas distributor are extras from window blinds I put up.

But that's not real portable... :cross:

Apologies for the cheap shot. Nice build though. Love the builds where you spend very little, just using stuff you find laying around the garage...

:( I like yours.

It held temp fine. The liquid line went between the kegs and back out and everything was packed in ice. I don't foresee having any problems pouring cold beer with this during the summer months.

I needed to be very portable.

Biggest concern I've had, and you're likely to run into, is the bucket with ice sweating a crapload all over your floor. Be aware of where the water will run in the room you have it in. I've soaked a few carpets :ban:

Nice job lads. My daughter graduates from college next month and she requested a keg for a party they are having. So, as weird as it is to brew a keg for my daughter, I have a 5-gal batch of Vienna Blonde Ale crashing right now and I need a portable system to dispense it. I have a spare two tap tower that I'm going to use and just need something quick and simple. I'll be using 2.5gal kegs. I'm also going to brew a batch of rootbeer just to ease my guilt.
