I made some Cyser Mead, which was very successful. In the process I peeled and cored the apples, which was a hassle, before I put them in the juice maker (that separates the juice from the rest)…

So I want to hear, if it does any difference to the juice, and/or the final mead product, if I choose not to peel the apples, before putting them in the juice maker?

I don't have any experience with a juice maker, but I ferment my apple pulp with seeds and peels. I ferment all the pulp in a mesh bag and then press at the end of the ferment.
