Looking for some input. I want to brew this tonight, I built my entire recipe order around this.

The hop schedule looks a bit suspect though. Any input?

Amt Name Type # %/IBU
7 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 1 70.0 %
1 lbs Munich I (Weyermann) (6.0 SRM) Grain 2 10.0 %
8.0 oz Aromatic Malt (Dingemans) (19.0 SRM) Grain 3 5.0 %
8.0 oz Barley, Flaked (Briess) (1.7 SRM) Grain 4 5.0 %
8.0 oz Caramel Malt - 20L (Briess) (20.0 SRM) Grain 5 5.0 %
8.0 oz Caramel Malt - 60L (Briess) (60.0 SRM) Grain 6 5.0 %
2.00 oz Amarillo (leaf) [9.40 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 7 29.4 IBUs
3.00 oz Amarillo (leaf) [9.40 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 8 17.7 IBUs
1.00 oz Amarillo (leaf) [9.40 %] - Boil 1.0 min Hop 9 1.3 IBUs

I don't have any amarillo hops on hand.
I do have the following on hand though:
1 OZ-chinook 11.8%
1 OZ-Summit 17.6%
2 OZ- Nugget 12.4%
8 OZ- Falconer's 7c's - 9.9%
4 OZ- Zythos 10.9%

Those hops all taste very different, so you'll get a completely different beer if you're trying to brew that recipe. I suggest simply ordering some amarillo from morebeer.com (they just got some in) or rebelbrewer.com

It's hop-bursted. It uses more hops later in boil to still get IBU's but also huge flavor/aroma. Amarillo is a citrusy hop. Personally I like Nugget a LOT. Why not stick with Falconers though since the original recipe was a single-hop ale?

Summit is citrusy, but you don't have much. I'm not an expert on Falconers but the description says it's perfect for a NW Pale Ale. Just use that.
