I ordered the Pliny kit from morebeer and brewed it up last Friday. On Saturday morning, I went in the garage and saw 8 oz of maltodextrin that was supposed to be in the boil. My og was on target. I've done a different pliny extract clone that did not have any maltodextrin in it, and that brew turned out to be one of the best beers I've ever had. Should I be worried about not adding it to the boil?

You can boil it up and dump it in now. It won't hurt anything. If you leave it out, it will likely still be a good beer. Just a little more dry than the recipe kit called for.
