I'm a PA bowhunter (Eastern) Wish I was closer so I could show you the ropes as a good friend and veteran bowhunter showed me. Patience and schent control are the most important keys. You have to be very comfortable, both in the stand and in your choice of clothing. Also, you can never practice too much. Put a couple of 3D targets out in your yard and practice shooting standing, kneeling and from a treestand. Keep your hunting clothes out of the hose, out in the barn or garage in a sealed container away from pets and cooking smells. Take your time and be patient, bowhunting is almost never about instant gratification. Good luck to you, wish you were closer.
