I don't know what went wrong! Here is my receipe:
5lbs Pilsen Dry Malt Extract
1 can of Munich Liquid Malt Extract
1lb Franco Belges CaraMunich
2oz of US Hallertau (1.5oz at 60 minutes. 1/2oz at 15 minutes)
White Labs 820 Octoberfest Yeast
I did a full boil starting at 5.6 gallons. Steeped grains at 155 for 30 minutes.
Added extract and boiled 60 minutes.
Any ideas out there?
My last three batches were spot on.
