I have been doing some research to so to speak on ipa's. Going through old texts and what not.
I come across a type of beer mentioned a lot , and that is the "october beer" apparently is was the predecessor t what we now call ipa's. The thing is I cannot find any in depth info on it. Does anyone have anything to go by a recipe or idk anything. I would love to try and recreate this beer.
