My old ice cream chest that was handling kegs with picnic taps finally died and I have a Komos with nukataps on the way. I was thinking it would be nice to have a way to lock the taps for piece of mind at times, but all of the locks I run into seem to mention fitting perlick or other brands. Is anyone aware of locks for nukatap?

I'm not. The Perlick taps have a lip/tab on the underside that allows the lock to hook onto it. See below on the underside near the threads. I don't think the Nukatap or Intertap have the same lip/tab.
Simple solution: Pull the beer disconnects off the kegs and lock the keezer!
Some education to possible (ab)users may be in place: The beer is off limits!
My wife made me get locks for my two Perlick taps when my sons were teenagers. She never said where I had to put the key which hung on a nail above the kegerator.
