Hi I am new to this group. I have made wine for about 3 years using picked wild fruit, garden grapes, squash and apples. My great grandmother used to make spruce beer but it is more of a wine and I make that too. I need advice at times, and want to learn new skills and techniques. I also want to eventually try to make some oatmeal stout. Thanks for this great forum with so much valuable information!
