Hi all
I’m from Shropshire in the UK and have been working within the brewing industry for the past 15mins but always within operations. Six months ago I took the plunge and joined a small Cidery. After taking as much in over these past months and I’m now at the point of home experimentation. Hoping to gain as much knowledge as I can from all you enthusiasts out there.
