Hey I'm Jackson I live up in Duluth, but used to live in the twin cities area. I just started brewing a few weeks ago. I bottled a Cedar Red Ale this past weekend and brewed a Pumpkin Porter today (I know it's out of season, but it was on clearance so I figured I'll make mistakes early and get them out of the way for cheaper haha). having a lot of fun with it so far and can't wait to open that first bottle in a couple of weeks!
