New dude from FL

So, I discovered the wonderful world of homebrew, and I managed to make two batches of brew. They were delicious, but uncle Sam called, and I had to go on an all expenses paid vacation to Iraq. I got back in JUl of this year. So I am really starting over. I found the forum and love it. I Will continue to peruse and gain information from it. Thanks to all.

Ah, not too far from me. Seems like there's a good bit of people in our area.

It seems that way from what I have seen. In my immediate area, however, there is not even a HBS. It is at least an hour and a half drive to get to one for me. I have to order everything off of the internet, and that in turn means I have to wait, sometimes it seems like an interminably long time, for stuff to show up. I sure do wish there was a shop closer; oh well.
