Hey,

A coworker of my wife asked if I wanted to go in a kit to learn the process. First batch will be an oatmeal stout for this fall. Should be great.

Hopefully this will get me into the hobby when I finish my Master's. Who knows. First things first!

I have been experimenting with free blackberries, sugar, and plain yeast to make a wine. That will be bottled soon. I am not hoping for wine of the year, just a good method of producing.

I am definitely learning a lot from this board. Keep it coming.
