I've seen some temp controller builds, thought I'd share mine. I built this last spring, had a contractor buddy look it over before putting it into service. Works beautifully. I like it, alot. I've got the cool/heat sockets plus a dual socket that is always on for a fan and whatever else I may need. I put my temp probe against the side of my carboy under a folded up sock held tight under my brewhauler straps. Works just fine. I've thought about putting a fuse in but it hasn't been an issue, its worked for a year now. Just wanted to show it off
