My new brew pot!

Hey y'all. I'm back in action and doing my first full 5 gallon boil in my new brew pot. Got it from bass pro for just under $100 after tax. Stainless 30 qt pot with a built in spigot. Also came with a nice long thermometer. Also had the turkey frying accessories but I won't be using those. Making a holiday ale dry extract kit right now that has chocolate malt, ginger, sweet orange peel, allspice, and cardamom. Should be tasty and good for the holidays! Very nice. That plastic shelf looks rather fragile though.

Ya I was thinking the same thing but it's fairly sturdy. At least sturdy enough until I can come up with something better. I just needed some elevation so I can drain my wort into the fermenter. I'm thinking something in steel next. Lol
