So my cider is going on 10weeks and it still tastes yeasty and tart/bitter. I started with 5 gallons unpasturized juice with an Original Gravity of 1060. Pitched White Labs English Cider Yeast. Had 7 days active fermentation and left on the lees for an additional 7 days. Raclecarboy and let sit for 3 weeks. Cider is cloudy and I can see yeast or something sloshing around when I move the carboy. Racked it into a clean carboy again but it's still cloudy and smells like yeast. Is it ruined or does it just need more time?

Did you use pectin enzyme? I'm not, add some and let it condition for another couple weeks... you will probably have to add double the normal amount.
