Also retiree with a hobby day. Especially in winter months when we're all holed up in here,talkin & drinkin beer...:rockin:

You see, a lot of people get brewing kits for Christmas. They have relatives over for the holidays and are generally busy. They don't get around to playing with their new toys until New Years Day. They brew beer. Then about 2 weeks later they peek in the fermentor and go "WTH IS THIS??"

Then they all get on HBT to make sure their beer is not ruined.

Yup,every year we get a new batch of noobs that need their fears eased. But it's cool,that's what we're here for.

Oh yea, it is about 3 weeks after Christmas, isn't it? That's about the time to start worrying about the beer being ruined.
