Hi Mead Experts,
I've been making beer for close to a decade and decided to try to make Mead for the first time. I didn't want to potentially expose my brewing equipment to any non-beer yeasts, so I used US-05. I also wanted to use some berries to add some flavor, so I used frozen raspberries (thawed and mashed) in a nylon bag when the bubbling was really slow and left them in for a week. Here are the stats:
OG: 1.102
SG as of today (5 June): 0.994
Current ABV: 14.3% (not considering the 350g of frozen raspberries)

I thought US-05 should stop working around 11%, but obviously it's not. It tastes great. No funky flavors whatsoever. I use US-05 a lot, and have never had issues with it. I've also never pushed it to it's limit like this.

Should I be concerned I have a bug, or has US-05 been known to do this?
