Low Profile Tap on a 6th barrel??

Does a low profile sanke tap fit a sixth barrel? I know it will connect. Will the input and output hoses on the tap fit between the handles of the 6th barrel keg? I don't really have clearance in my keezer for a standard tap.

I have never used a low profile coupler, but I think it would fit on a sixtel.

Might a beverage out elbow on a regular type D coupler buy you enough room?
