Light Ale Recipe

I start off with 36 litres water and end up with 30
10 pounds of Maris otter
10 oz flaked oats
7 oz crystal
1.5 oz roast barley
Northern brewer hops 1/2 oz 60 min + 1/2 - tsp at 15 min
Yeast s04
On a Guinness tap with nitro
What u guys think three years experience

How's that taste with the nitro? I can't decide whether I think I'd like that or not.

It's a cross between an ale and a Guinness probably like smith wicks but with a Guinness head I think it's very nice everyone says it tastes like more
