Kettle Options - 3 vessel HERMS system

Does anyone know any good deals online for some stainless kettles? Is stainless necessary? The second option is cheaper, and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this pot. I missed out on a nice craigslist deal for 3 15.5 gallon kegs with the tops already off with lids for $180:smack:

On par with B/C IMO, except they dont have a logo stamped on the kettle which makes it difficult to clean the embossed part of the pot, I have the 44 B/C and don't like the stamping on the pot, and don't feel I need the logo and caution statements on the outside of my kettle.

A little thinner than the Concord pots... .8mm and .9mm as opposed to 1.0mm, Thickness on par w/ B/C, handles appear less substantial than Concord...perhaps the same factory in China as Concord / Spike kettles as the similarities are obvious.

Best pot out there...NO, price performer IMHO....YES.

So the question is, for an eherms set up 80 qt concord (for the thicker walls) or these pots? 203 shipped vs 346 shipped

I've been using two of these aluminum pots for about two years and have been thoroughly happy with it. THey loose their shine after a few boils. But for the cost savings I can deal with it.

Heads up on the '80qt' kettles on Amazon... Make sure they are 19" tall. If they are only 17.5" then they are undersized. We've heard of a lot of people getting undersized pots.
