I was thinking of using one of my empty kegs for mixed drinks, specifically mojitos.

I am planning to premix all the ingredients and force carb the mix at 25-30psi. This is for a Labor day party this weekend.

Has anyone tried this, and are there any issues that I haven't thought about?

Thanks,

Matt

Have done this for hard lemonade and it worked great... frozen lemonade, frozen limeade, and citrus vodka.

I don't think there are any strong flavors or deep colors in mohito ingredients but for future considerations you'll need to consider that strong flavors or colors could be hard to clean out of your lines and seals.

Thanks for the advice.

The drinks wet off very well (5 gallons in under 2 hours!), and thanks for tip about seals and lines. Maybe I'll just use this keg for parties:tank:
