I'm brewing Janet's brown ale from Jamil's Classic Beers book.
It calls for WLP001, but I have either some harvested WLP051 (Cal Ale V) that I could do a starter with or US-05 dry yeast.
Which do you think would be the best choice...I'm on the fence with this.
