I'm getting ready to make an Even Keel clone, which calls for WLP200, a blend of -001 and -002.
In the fridge I have a fairly recent jar of London Ale III that I saved from a previous starter, and I have a packet of US-05.
my question is should I grow up the saved yeast in a 1L starter as I normally do, then pitch it plus the pack of US-05?
or should I combine the saved yeast and the packet of US-05 when I make the starter?

thanks

Ken

6 in one, half dozen in the other is my thinking. Never combined yeasts before so I can't really say if there's a right or wrong way , with your examples.
