First batch is bottled and capped....only spilled and cracked one bottle!

The next batch is Belgian Noel.....can't wait to get started!

Firsty!

I know how you feel man, congratulations. Now, I bet you can't wait until they are all done carbing up and chilling to start drinking them!

Don't forget to cold chill them for at least 4 days after carbing before giving them an honest assesment. I found that after a week in the fridge they taste a lot better.
