I am trying to grow a yeast starter from Bell's amber ale to use for a two hearted clone. I've done the following:

Between each step I cold crashed and decanted the spent wort

4 beers 10% in 250ml wort 1.02 for 3 days
500 ml 1.02 2 days
1L 1.03 2 days
1.5L 1.04 2 days

In the 1.03 and 1.04 you can see the flask would overflow with fermentation, so I know the yeast are very healthy. I'm just not sure if I have enough for a 5 gallon batch. I've never done this and I really don't want to under pitch. Thoughts?

Starting OG is going to be about 1.065 which calls for around 350 billion yeast. I'm just not sure how much 350 billion looks like.

There's a tool on the mrmalty calc to help with that. It's going to estimate better than any of us can by looking at a pic.
