My home brew/inmate brew wine from 100% juice tastes extremely bitter after my first test this is my first real brew and I don't know if it's infected or not. Please respond
 
Based off the information you provided, nobody can tell you anything useful. Please describe what it looks/smells like, your brewing process, fermentation temps, aging times, etc.
 
Mr. 14 year old is not the brightest crayon in the box. Edited to avoid panty bunching.

I don't plan on drinking it swampass I just wanted to try it out i teasted it and I don't plan on actually having a glass. The temp is around 68 degrees F it looks generally clear (settled) and it seems fine idk if it's infected or premature
