What problems, if any, could arise from transporting week old fermenting beer in a car? I wouldn't think it would be a problem but I'm not sure. Thanks!

A week old means that most of the fermentation is finished.

So the biggest concern here would be sloshing around in the car will introduce unwanted oxygen.

But if it's sloshing around I'd think some CO2 would be released, keeping positive pressure in the bucket/carboy. That would probably keep away any O2.
