On my second batch of beer ever, I added my aroma hops first by accident, I then added my bittering hops. Any idea if this will ruin the taste of my Irish Stout? It's a Brewer's Best Kit.

My first batch was brewed around labor day and is Brewer's Best American Ale which turned out great! I did everything the same way with the Irish Stout except with the hops timing.

Thanks for any replies!

No. It won't ruin the taste of your stout. You might get a slightly different hop profile than the kit intended, but you will still make good beer. What type of hops were the two additions?

It should be fine .
The hops are now all bittering hops but in a stout you should be fine.
What hops and amounts did you add?

These were the amounts that were all added after the boil started but I didn't take note of the kind:

1.25 oz. Bittering
1.5 oz. Aroma

Your beer is ruined. Please send it (on your expense) to my address so that it can be properly disposed of.
