I have an IPA in primary right now (has been for 2 weeks) and I have an empty 5 gal carboy. Should I dry hop it in primary, or rack it to secondary and dry hop?
I like to dry hop after conditioning. Since I keg, that means dry hopping in the keg a week before I'm ready to carbonate. The closer the dry hopping is to bottling/serving, the more aroma.
