Insane bubbles in secondary

My buddy had some problems racking to the secondary, and after a week it looks like this. Apparently the siphon clogged and he ended up using a funnel and a screen. Obviously it's infected. Is there any way to save it?

Or.... Leave it for a year and enjoy the sour
