I've only done about 10 batches, but I've never seen chunks like that floating. What causes it?

If you used irish moss during the boil, it could be clumped proteins/trub. I've seen it before.

Also first time using Irish moss... Thanks guys. I dry hopped today and will bottle this weekend. We will see how it goes!

Looks fine to me. Did you add croutons?

Those buckets and their large openings scare me. I've never fermented in a bucket.
