Anyone?
My girl really enjoys this Scottish black elderberry ale (same people who do Fraoch Heather Ale) and I think historical beer styles are nifty, but I'm not sure about the recipe.
The bottle says it is brewed with "roasted oats, barley, and wheat," so I'm thinking of using a oatmeal stout or a robust porter as the base. Also, I'm not sure of how much elderberries (dried) to use.
Any thoughts?
