I get back from a stressful flight, after a stressful week in Texas, pop open the fridge to grab a cold one, only to realize that I didn't chill any before I left for the week. Amateur mistake.

The only beer in there is a bomber of IPA that I was saving to compare to the IPA I brewed up a few weeks ago, and it's my last bottle. I think it's going to have to get sacrificed for the cause. Oh well...

thats why i always keep a couple of the liquid filled freeze mugs in the freezer, they can chill a beer in about 5 minutes once you pour it.
