Hi everyone, OK So in past I have pretty much consumed what I have brewed in pretty short order as I wasn't brewing a lot. Well I got on this kick this winter to brew every weekend, sometimes 2 batches per weekend. And I have been building a kegorator w/glycol chiller etc which has taken some time and money. Well I have 4 kegs in basement with 4 cases, all different recipes so I can compare bottle with keg flavor differences. My basic questions is. How long can I store beer in basement without being in a fridge before I need to worry about off flavors or spoiled beer? Any advise is welcomed advise. I know I should just relax and have a homebrew, in fact I have some of my first batch of Belgian bottles in fridge. Going to have one now. Thanks everybody.
