made a brut recently with conan, had some comet in WP, and mosaic and motueka dry hop. the aroma is great, definitely stone fruit and bit of tropical. but the flavor is less great. definitely will skip the comet in the WP next time and sub out a generic fruity hop like horizon, meridian, etc.

but for the dry hops, i'm thinking the motueka didnt really mesh well. the stone fruit from conan and the mosaic work well, but the motueka is bit distracting, or at least not in harmony.

any good recommendations for something in the stone fruit, tropical, etc area to mesh with them? im just not really having anything come to mind that seems like a good hop to play well with those two aspects. no dank, no floral, no pine, etc. probably no citrus either if that's the primary/dominant characteristic.
