So i just made a small batch brew last week(2.3 liters) and it is finished fermenting for the most part but my final gravity is very high 1.033. Original gravity was around 1.066 and i was expecting somewhere in the 1.012 range. The only thing i can think of that i did wrong was my boil size. I only used 2.3 liters to boil in which i lost of half of it in the boil. Is it possible that i caramelized my dme? If so would adding all extract towards the end of the boil fix the issue?
