First off, I gotta say I love the site 
. I live in the Denver area of CO, and am missing the mountains something fierce. I've been brewing my own hard ciders for a few years now and have recently stepped up to meads. I've actually brewed a few beers with a Mr.Beer kit, and all I gotta say on that topic is meh. I'm deffinitely interested in getting my feet wet on some all grain brews, and I'm really interested in trying a rye beer. Some of you guys may recognize me from the shroomery, hence the handle. I'll not discuss that hobby here if it in fact is a no-no. I look foreward to brewing some great beers and talking with some cool folks.
