Hi from South Bay LA!

Hi there!
I was born and raised in Japan where homebrewing is prohibited, and luckily I've got a chance to live in the US from last year so I jumped into this wonderful hobby.
I've already made some 1.5 gal batches with BIAB - some were enjoyable, some were not.
I always find it fun to think and research about how I can improve my next batch! Nice to be in this community!
