Hi all, first let me thank you all for the info..how-to's and recipes. I have been all over HBT because I heard my fellow brew brethren speak raves about this site. I am just another noob trying to learn to make some great craft brew. My friend Dirtymccurdy has taken me under his wing these past 6 months and showed me a thing or two and for that I am grateful. I have helped him brew several batches and finally took the plunge with my own milk chocolate stout a month ago. Also, I am a member of the Round Rock Homebrewers Guild. What an awesome group of guys to learn from!

I will continue to enjoy this site and all it's wonders...again thanks to all.
