I'm a new homebrewer from PA, I've tried beer 4 times and each time it turned out too bitter on the finish. So I'm switching to mead for a little, then maybe a light beer and work my way up to an IPA.

Yeah Oak springs winery, and there is a small personal own shop that has some stuff
