I'm brewing my first partial mash today and the recipe calls for 6# LME and 2# of two row. Some victory and caramel 60.My problem is I just realized I only have 1 pound of two row.Should I still brew today the pumpkin is in the oven as I type!!

Depends on what "some" means. As long as your specialty grains don't total more than 1 lb, you're fine.

Brew.

The Victory has sufficient enzymes to convert itself, and the Crystal is supposedly fully converted already. You don't really need any 2-row for this mash, but by using the 2-row, you will have a bigger mash (bigger volume) making it easier to maintain temperatures.

Yeah go for it, it'll be a little different from what you wanted but 1lb of 2-row won't make the world of difference.
