Hey guys, I'm kind of up the proverbial creek at the moment. I'm planning on brewing what I can only think to call (and hope it is even close) a 'belgian IPA' tomorrow..more of a frankenbeer than anything else, but time will tell what I get at the end.
I was just going through my hop stash and I don't have any of the hops I originally thought I did. All I'm left with is aroma hops at the moment and I'm not sure which to use.
I have in stock: mosaic, amarillo, cascade, glacier, cita, galaxy and tahoma. Since I have my hands tied I'm thinking about doing:
1oz galaxy 60min
.5oz mosaic 60min
1oz cascade 10min
.75oz tahoma flameout (tahoma has AA 2.9% and more 'citrus' than citra)
2oz amarillo to dry hop towards end of primary
Does this sound alright or should I delay brewing one more day to go grab some galena and warrior/fuggles to bitter with?
Thanks for all the help guys
