Hey guys, I'm kind of up the proverbial creek at the moment. I'm planning on brewing what I can only think to call (and hope it is even close) a 'belgian IPA' tomorrow..more of a frankenbeer than anything else, but time will tell what I get at the end.

I was just going through my hop stash and I don't have any of the hops I originally thought I did. All I'm left with is aroma hops at the moment and I'm not sure which to use.

I have in stock: mosaic, amarillo, cascade, glacier, cita, galaxy and tahoma. Since I have my hands tied I'm thinking about doing:

1oz galaxy 60min
.5oz mosaic 60min
1oz cascade 10min
.75oz tahoma flameout (tahoma has AA 2.9% and more 'citrus' than citra)
2oz amarillo to dry hop towards end of primary

Does this sound alright or should I delay brewing one more day to go grab some galena and warrior/fuggles to bitter with?

Thanks for all the help guys

Glacier Amarillo and Cascade are all perfectly acceptable even nice bittering hops. Quit yer whinin an brew!!! And save those mosaics for flameout or dryhop!

I see the problem is that you don't have enough bittering hops on hand. But you can always buy dry hops anytime in the next week. Use the cascade and half the amarillo and half the galaxy for bittering and the other half the galaxy and amarillo, mosaic and tahoma for late/flame out additions. Then during the week go get 4 oz of hops of your choice for dry hopping.

You don't need bittering hops, unless that's just what you want. I wouldn't use mosaic for bittering though. Move it to flameout. 1 oz galaxy should be enough bittering IMO

This is a beer that I brewed for the tasting room at a brewery I used to work at. Sub out the Equinox for whatever your preference, but this was a good hop schedule. I have the candi sugar listed as Amber but it was homemade using the process found in the forums.
