Help me build a beer?

A buddy and I are brewing together for the first time next week and can't decide on a recipe. I've only got one brew under my belt and he's done a half-dozen or so - and we'll be using extracts.
We both love higher-gravity beers, IPA's, Belgian dubbels & trippels and such.
I was hoping to concoct some kind of combination of the two? Too ambitious?
Any recipe's you can cut and paste would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!

oops thought there was an extract version in there too. just swap the pils for extra light or pils extract, about 8lbs LME or 6.5lbs DME. you may want to bump up the sugar a lil too to make sure it finishes dry enough since the extract wont be as fermentable
